Power on, the green indicator light is on, and then turn the thermostat clockwise to adjust to the required temperature. Presently, the red light is on, indicating that the heating pipe is working, and the oil in the pot starts to heat up. When the oil temperature rises to the specified temperature, the heating pipe will automatically stop heating and the red indicator light will go out. When the oil temperature drops quite, the thermostat will automatically turn on the power red indicator. The heating pipe starts heating again, and the oil temperature rises, so it circulates repeatedly, and automatically controls the oil temperature to be consistent with the set temperature. 4. The lid of the pot is designed to keep clean and keep warm. When the lid is covered, it will have to be noted that there’s no water on the lid to prevent the hot oil splashing into the pot and hurting people. 5. After use, please turn the thermostat anticlockwise to 0 and bring to an end the power supply.
