Andersen Hinged Door Lock Actuator Works with 400 Series Frenchwood Hinged (In-Swing and Out-Swing) Patio Doors made of 1988 to Present. Situated beneath the interior escutcheon plate and held in place with a proscribing plate and two screws. When the deadbolt knob at the escutcheon plate is turned it rotates the actuator which locks the deadbolt. If the deadbolt knob spins it’s most likely the actuator must be replaced.
