I ended up hiring an electrician to help me with these. He came to my house and charged me $130 to install them. After the first installation on my bedroom he noticed that my ceiling fan was connected to the same as the light and when we would dim it would also dim the fan and make the light flicker. He suggested for me to just avoid the entire set up and go for smart light bulbs instead. After I payed him and still didn’t have a dimmer for my bedroom, I went ahead and purchased a set of smart light bulbs on Amazon and that solved my problem. It was easier to install didn’t need to hire an electrician and still have a dimmer on my room as well as remote access through my cell phone app to control the lighting in my bedroom.
