TIP: Don’t pump in too much air or it’ll feel like you’re sleeping on the ground. Let out some air and you can feel the difference when there’s too much air and the easiest amount of air.
NOTES: It takes a bit of effort to deflate, but all self-inflating mats have this problem. open the deflate valve and fold it in sections with your weight on it, squeeze the air out and then lay it flat, roll it up and put the straps on
