As such, I knew that the charger that came with it was likely not going to be the OEM Samsung charger. After reading several reviews stating that people were having problems with these generic chargers and were receiving errors on their watch and/or experiencing extremely slow charging, I decided to order this OEM Samsung charger, at the same time that I ordered my watch. I did get lucky and the charger that was included with my watch seems to work fine, however, this one definitely charges it faster. It is also very obviously made of much higher quality materials. I only use this charger. It’s the original and it’s the best Genuine Samsung Qi Wireless Charging Dock Cradle. This works exactly like the charger that comes with the Samsung Galaxy Watch I own. So now I have a charger for the den and a charger for the bedroom. This is very conveinient. 100% Genuine OEM Samsung Charging Dock with 5FT Samsung Micro USB with MKK Stylus Pen .It compatibles with Samsung Galaxy Watch SM-R800, SM-R810. Dock works as intended and charged my watch from 42% to full within approximately 90 minutes. No heating issues that I could see. This is the 3rd dock I’ve tried and the only one that didn’t display the “use original equipment” error. After docking the watch about 20 times I’m confident this charger is OEM and not a counterfeit.
My device was clearly a refurbished unit, which was NOT indicated on the item description. The dock itself has a few minor blemishes as does the cable. Everything works, but the vendor needs to be more transparent with their listings.
