Usage of Ice Pack – Ice pack soak fully in water about 3-5 minutes – After absorb water, WIPE DRY ice pack sheets both sides – AFTER DRYING WELL, flat freeze ice sheet in refrigerator more than 6 hours. The ice pack has two sides, one side is a mesh material and the other side is plastic. Make sure let ice pack sheet dry completely before freezing, then when placing in freezer, do not fold mesh side touches, do not let the mesh side touch the refrigerator, or it’s going to stick and freeze together.
Use of Neck Ice Pack – Take the frozen ice packs out of the freezer, placing the ice pack in the provided cloth cover, please place the plastic side towards the side of the body, differently the condensed water will wet the clothes.
