I am a health care worker used to handling hospital wheel chairs, so I knew what to look for in a good wheelchair for my elderly mother Medline. This Medline is a solid, well made chair with the features that are so helpful. The arm rails raise upward and flip back out of the way for ease of moving some one. The legs are completely removable, or can stay on and be turned outward. This is a good wheelchair and worth the money. Really disappointed with this wheelchair. My elderly mothers legs were way too long for the leg extensions.. and she’s only 5’4! It’s very strange and they are not very adjustable. We tried everything and in the end we had to return it as the dimensions and size of the wheel chair were just too small. Would work for a very petite short person.
