That pair didn’t go with the dress with the color or shine. Also the size 7 was too big. So I returned those with no problems and bought the black dull finish in size 6. The fit was much better. They go up to mid calf. There is an adjustable rubber strap but I haven’t tried it. There is a fabric coating on the inside. I was cozy. Highly recommend if you need to do stuff outside in muck. These are my first real rainboots as an adult and I absolutely love them! I wear a size 11 or 11.5 depending on the shoe, so I was skeptical buying an 11. I’m so glad I did. The boot fits perfectly. Almost has this California girl wishing for more rain just to put them back on again. Almost.
