REMINDER：
- For Apple computer users (MAC OS), displays are Mirror mode only.
- Please plug in the Laptop’s power adapter to the USB-C Power Delivery port before connecting an external hard drive or various display purpose.
- The type C PD charging port is for power passing-thru only.
- SD and the TF card cannot use at the same time.
- Each monitor will be limited to a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1080@60Hz when connecting a dual monitor.
- Power will be a community between all dock-connected USB C devices. For a fast charge result, please choose Adapter that is over 72W to charge.
- EDID(Extended Display Identification Data) may blackout for a few seconds(1 minute at max, depends on Laptop and monitor) when data transfer; Please be patient wait for the data completed.
It’s so cool it even says “cool” on the hub itself! lol. But it is neat to have a good variety of connectors, packaged in a device with a transparent lid, so you can enjoy all the techie goodness inside. If you’re so inclined, it even has screws so the curious (and careful) can disassemble it to marvel more closely at the insides. It’s highly functional and looks sufficiently geeky to feel at home on my cluttered desk. Recommended if you like such things, not if you want a boring, generic hub. This one’s definitely not boring. Like a lot of comparable products, what I wish I could see feature wise is that the usb-c port isn’t fused to the housing. Rather, I wish that I could use my own USB-C cable of whatever length I wanted with the product. This would make it that much better. For my particular use case, I had to get a separate USB-C female to female coupler to use my own longer USB-C cable. That setup worked perfectly with this product so I can definitely say I use this item day to day.
